Shipping Info (UK Only)
Outside of UK
We currently do not ship outside of the UK. Our Government simply has not set up the correct framework to enable Small Businesses to offer service to our customers internationally. We hope this will change soon, but as world events become more dramatic, issues such as small business trade falls down in priority.
Customers outside the UK can ask friends or family in the UK to order on their behalf, and then they post to you as a 'gift'.
Fast shipping
All our orders are shipped from Fareham, UK.
Your order will be dispatched 1-2 working days after you order, and you can expect delivery within 3-5 working days.
We are a small family business, so orders are only dispatched Mon-Fri.
Order tracking
Choose either Royal Mail or DPD at checkout.
You will be sent a tracking email once your parcel is dispatched. With this email, depending on your location, you can;
- Change delivery date
- Register a 'safe place' or preferred neighbour
- Select a 'Pickup Point'

FAQ
Can I return or exchange?
We offer 30 days to return items. We will only accept returns on items that are unworn and have tags still in place.
We are a small business so we don't offer free returns, but you can post items back to us or bring them in-store (Fareham).
To exchange or swap sizes, send the incorrect item back for a refund and place a new order for the correct size as soon as possible (to avoid selling out).
Can I Pay in 3?
Yes! We offer Klarna as a payment option at the final stage of checkout (after entering address and billing details etc). You can Pay In 3 or Pay in 30 days, whichever is suitable for you.
We do not offer LayBuy or Clearpay at this time.
