We accept returns up to 14 days from the date of your order, unless we specify an extended returns policy over the holiday season.
For Christmas 2020 we are allowing any order placed in Nov & Dec to be returned by 10th Jan 2021. This is to help make sure Christmas gifts can be swapped if sizes aren't quite right.
Please read the product description carefully of every item you purchase before placing the order. We take the time to put as much information as possible on every garment to ensure you won't have to fuss around with returning goods to us. However, should you wish to return an item, please read below.
We will only accept returns on goods that are unworn, tags in place, and in the same condition that it was sent to you in. We do not cover costs of return postage unless the item is faulty or we made a mistake with your order.

HOW TO RETURN FOR AN EXCHANGE/SWAP
1. Place another order for the desired size immediately. This ensures we do not sell out of the size, and also means you get the item quicker.
2. Post the incorrect items back to our store address below. Make sure to include your name and order number, also let us know you'd like a refund. We will refund returned items in full providing they are in an 'as new' condition with all tags still in place. We recommend using a tracked/signed service at your local post office, and please keep hold of the receipt until you have your refund.
3. Refunds will be processed on the same or next working day that we receive them at our store. Refunds will be made via whichever payment method you used when you placed your order. Paypal refunds are instant, but refunds onto bank cards can take up to 5 working days to appear in your account. This is the banks' processing time, and we cannot speed this process up.

HOW TO RETURN FOR A REFUND
Follow step 2 above, then read step 3 for info on your refund.
Because of the nature of our independent business, there may come a time when a product ordered online is taken from our shop floor instead of our stock room. In the event of this, the item(s) will be carefully hand-packed in unbranded wrapping. So please, don't panic if the item arrives in a different packaging to what you're used to / what you've seen before. We won't accept this to be used as a valid reason to return any item.
